Registered Nurse (RN – General, Dialysis, Mental Health)

Location: London, OH 43140
Shift: 3rd Shift
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: 5 days per week; every third week includes weekend coverage (with a day off before and after the weekend worked)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (from projected start date)
Education: Some College

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive healthcare services in a secure medical environment. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, administering treatments, and supporting interdisciplinary healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties:

• Conduct patient rounds and evaluate care needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, including controlled substances
• Provide direct nursing care to patients, including those who are bedridden

Leadership & Coordination:

• Support emergency response efforts (e.g., Code Blue)
• Supervise and guide assigned healthcare support staff
• Act as shift lead when required
• Assist physicians with diagnostic evaluations

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and medications
• Complete incident and required reports
• Monitor and maintain inventory of medications and medical supplies
• Coordinate appointments and prescription orders
• Participate in meetings and quality improvement initiatives
