Job Title: Paint Line Loader - Department B-Line Load

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a Paint Line Loader. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process by ensuring that items are correctly loaded onto the paint line for coating. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Work Schedule and Compensation:
- Full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule.
- Work hours are from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with potenial overtime until 4:30-5pm.
- Pay $14/HR

Benefits:
-Performance evaluations are conducted 90 days after permanent hire within the company, with pay rate increases based on performance.
-Benefits are available 90 days after permanent hire within the compay.
-We also offer a perfect attendance bonus program, where you can qualify for it after permanent hire within the company by maintaining no attendance infractions for a full two-week pay period.

Responsibilities:
- Safely load items onto the paint line conveyor system, ensuring they are properly positioned and secured.
- Follow loading procedures and guidelines to maintain the efficiency and quality of the paint line process.
- Monitor the flow of items on the paint line, making adjustments as necessary to prevent jams or interruptions.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate loading activities and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Inspect items for defects or imperfections before loading, reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to safety protocols, wearing steel toe boots and long pants to protect yourself from potential hazards.
- Lift and handle items weighing up to 50lbs, using proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that the loading station is free from debris and obstructions.
- Assist in general maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and minor repairs, to keep the paint line running smoothly.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to provide updates on loading activities and potential concerns.

Qualifications:
- Physical capability to lift and handle items weighing up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining the quality and accuracy of loaded items.
- Ability to follow instructions and loading procedures precisely to ensure consistent results.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and convey relevant information.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in a loading or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Steel toe boots and long pants are required for safety purposes.
