salary: $51.02 - $51.03 per hour

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality virtual instructor-led training (vILT) sessions via Zoom and Teams.

• Support the training, orientation, and skill refinement of new and existing call center employees.

• Create, update, and maintain comprehensive training materials, including job aids, presentations, assessments, and quick reference guides.

• Collaborate with Learning Business Partners to deploy organizational learning strategies and consult on performance improvement goals.

• Evaluate training course results and suggest proactive modifications to the curriculum as needed.

• Stay aligned with modern training industry trends and incorporate them into everyday delivery strategies.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in learning development, delivery, or corporate training presentation preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical work experience preferred.

• Proven proficiency in virtual facilitation tools, specifically Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

• Solid understanding of adult learning theories, andragogy, instructional design principles, and evaluation methods.

• Advanced software proficiency across the standard Microsoft Office suite.

• High level of strategic thinking to address learners with diverse levels of product and industry knowledge.

• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment under tight timelines, with a willingness to travel up to 10%.
