What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies aligned with team goals.
- Manage job postings and optimize visibility across platforms and networks.
- Conduct engaging initial interviews and coordinate seamless interview experiences.
- Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate journey.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to support smooth onboarding and integration.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to inform strategy and report to leadership.
- Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and ethical hiring practices.
