Apartment Maintenance Director (Cuyahoga Falls)
Full time opportunity with plenty of room for growth. K&D is looking for skilled maintenance director that has previous experience in Residential Maintenance. Leadership and computer skills are required.
Candidates must have previous experience in Apartment & Residential setting including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and routine maintenance.
In addition, candidate must be computer literate and have outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate staff. Candidates without previous, relevant & required, experience will not be considered.
