Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to join our Cleveland team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized front desk experience. This position plays a vital role in maintaining office efficiency and supporting our administrative team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, guests, and employees in a courteous and professional manner

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and manage messages

• Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms in a clean and organized condition

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

• Schedule appointments and manage front-desk calendars

• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team

• Assist with document filing, data entry, and office supply management

• Support internal communications and office coordination as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

• 1+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
