State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)

Griswold Home Care for Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties is seeking dedicated and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and experienced caregivers to join our team in Cleveland, OH, serving Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support clients with chronic conditions, illnesses, injuries, or mobility challenges
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical or emotional condition
• Follow individualized care plans and accurately document services provided
• Assist with transportation, meal preparation, errands, and light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal transportation
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to pass an Ohio BCI background check
• Ability to complete a caregiver skills assessment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and dependable approach to care
• Preferred: STNA or CNA certification, Home Health Aide (HHA) experience, professional caregiving experience, experience with dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, hospice support, or mobility assistance

Compensation

$20.00 – $23.00 per hour
