We are seeking a Traveling Superintendent with 10-15 years of construction superintending experience to oversee on-site construction activities across multiple project locations. The ideal candidate will ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. This role requires extensive travel, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate diverse teams while maintaining consistent project execution across regions. Projects typically last from 3 to 6 months or longer, primarily located along the eastern side of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities across multiple project locations.

• Ensure that construction work is completed safely, on schedule, and meets quality standards.

• Coordinate and supervise diverse construction teams.

• Maintain consistent project execution across different regions.

• Manage subcontractors and scheduling to ensure project milestones are met.

Essential Skills

• 10-15 years of construction experience.

• Experience in project supervision.

• Strong leadership capabilities.

• Ability to coordinate scheduling effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Procore is a plus.

Work Environment

This role involves extensive travel from project to project, with each assignment lasting from 3 to 6 months or longer. The majority of projects are located along the eastern side of the United States. The company offers the benefit of paying for a trip home each month.

This is a Contract position based out of Streetsboro, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $75.00/hr.
