What You’ll Do Every Day
Oversee High-End Construction Projects – Lead projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Drive Financial Success – Manage budgets, track profitability, and ensure projects meet gross margin goals.
Ensure Operational Excellence – Optimize scheduling, quality control, and material management for efficiency and accuracy.
Manage Vendor & Subcontractor Relationships – Negotiate pricing and oversee contracts to improve project margins.
Develop & Lead Teams – Motivate and guide crews while fostering a high-performance culture.
Communicate with Clients & Teams – Serve as the go-to contact for project updates, ensuring smooth collaboration.
Monitor Job Site Performance – Conduct weekly site visits, enforce safety standards, and uphold Exscape Designs' reputation.
Contribute to Company Growth – Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational improvements.
What It Takes to Succeed
Proven Project Management Experience – 5+ years in construction or landscape project management, with a background in leading successful projects.
Industry Expertise – Landscape or construction industry experience required, with knowledge of project workflows and efficiencies.
Strong Business & Financial Acumen – Ability to manage budgets, analyze job costing, and track financial performance.
Technology & Software Skills – Experience with Microsoft Office 365, ERP systems (Aspire a plus), and scheduling software.
Leadership & Communication Skills – Ability to motivate teams, communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders, and drive results.
Certifications Are a Plus – PMP, PMI, CAPM, CSM, Certified Landscape Professional (CLP), or similar credentials are a bonus.
