Director, Portfolio Management AtHome Solutions (Urology/Ostomy/Wound Care)

Cardinal Health™ at-Home Solutions is an industry-leading medical supplies provider serving people with chronic and serious health conditions in the United States. The Director, Portfolio Management for Cardinal Health’s at-Home Solutions leads sourcing negotiations and category management for Urology, Ostomy and Wound Care in pharmacy, DME and cash pay channels.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategy and plan to create and maintain best-in-class strategic relationships, sourcing negotiations and full portfolio management for Urology, Ostomy and Wound Care Categories in pharmacy, DME and cash pay channels.
• Leads team of business development managers and directly manages key strategic manufacturer accounts and partnerships.
• Combines creative thinking and market expertise to identify opportunities along the entire continuum of care to drive commercial growth both in direct-to-consumer DME and pharmacy channels, as well as wholesale channel.
• Works internally and externally to identify, close and implement opportunities to drive growth while bringing mutual value to stakeholders.
• Makes decisions that have a short- and long-term impact on work processes, outcomes and customers for at-Home Solutions, in addition to broader Cardinal Health enterprise.
• Management of strategic operational and commercial development of sales channels, including new categories of business aligned with business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 8+ years of experience, preferably including relevant work within manufacturing and/or distribution healthcare sectors, preferred.
• Deep familiarity with Urology, Ostomy and Wound Care Categories and home health landscape.
• Deep understanding of both pharmacy and DME value and supply chains across public and private sectors, specifically including Medicare DMEPOS reimbursement landscape.
• Comprehensive communication and negotiating skills adept at all levels of C-suite manufacture leadership (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Clinical-Pharmacy).
• Proven leadership capabilities, including ability to manage diverse personalities/skill sets in a changing environment.
• Strong contract management experience
• Full P&L comprehension
• Significant commercial experience managing large partnerships or key accounts.
• Ability to travel up to 25% nationwide.

Anticipated base pay range: $135,000-$192,000

The salary range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.
