Parts Sales Specialist Job Description:

PrideStaff is working with a local manufacturing company who is seeking a Parts Sales Specialist to join their team. The Parts Sales Specialist will take customers orders and leverage technical knowledge in the agricultural industry; providing solutions that drive sales growth. The ideal Parts Sales Specialist has previous sales experience in the agriculture industry, demonstrates excellent mechanical and technical knowledge, as well as superb communication both written and verbal. The Parts Sales Specialist is a full time, direct hire position in Lebanon, OH.

Parts Sales Specialist Job Responsibilities:

• Execute Outbound Sales Calls & Handle Inbound Inquiries; Provide Technical Quotes For Agricultural Machinery With a Focus on Tillage

• Provide Accurate Parts Quotes & Technical Guidance, Specifically For Tillage Tools & Agricultural Machinery

• Monitor Competitor Pricing & Availability to Make Informed, Strategic Sales Decisions

• Manage The Full Order Lifecycle-From Sourcing Parts With Vendors & Processing ERP Orders to Overseeing Shipping Logistics & Drop-Ships

• Assist With Inventory Management, Returns (RMA’s), & Quality Inspections to Ensure Customer Satisfaction

• Follow All PPE & Safety Guidelines

Parts Sales Specialist Job Requirements:

• HS Diploma or Equivalent Required

• 3+ Years of Agricultural Equipment or Parts Sales Experience Required (Tillage Experience Highly Preferred)

• Excellent Understanding of Mechanical Aptitude & How Machine Components Function & Interact

• Proficient With ERP Systems, MS Office, & Digital Parts Sourcing

• Demonstrates Excellent Verbal & Written Skills For High-Stakes Vendor & Customer Interaction

• Must be Able to Lift up to 50lbs & Remain Active in a Fast Paced Warehouse Environment
