Plumbing Production Manager
Spartan Plumbing and Drains is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Production Manager to join our dedicated team. As a leader in the plumbing service and installation industry, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients. The Plumbing Production Manager will oversee various plumbing installation projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Plumbing Production Manager or in a similar capacity within the residential plumbing sector.
- Proven expertise in managing multiple plumbing installation projects from inception to completion.
- Thorough understanding of regional plumbing codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with customers, technicians, and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust problem-solving abilities, demonstrating composure while addressing customer complaints.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for project management and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
