Front Desk / Concierge
Hire Date Beginning April – End of Season October
Lake Erie Shores is looking for friendly, customer – service minded and outgoing Front Desk Hospitality Representative for seasonal part-time hours to join the team at our luxury RV Motorcoach Resort and Residence.
Responsibilities
· Provide exceptional guest service, while utilizing clear and concise communication.
· Welcome, register, and book future guests through our reservation system.
· Use creative problem solving to help guests and property owners with any issues that arise.
· Coordinate with facilities as needed, help with facilities duties as necessary.
· Handle credit card transactions: maintain accurate paperwork as it pertains to the front office.
· Monitoring nightly rates and tax charges on guest accounts- check and balance the daily figures.
· Run and maintain reports though reservation system as necessary.
· Monitor the property grounds regularly.
· Report any ordering needs to the Manager.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Previous guest service experience preferred.
· Must function in a professional and courteous manner while under pressure.
· Must be able to multitask and utilize good interpersonal communication skills in person and over the phone.
· Valid Driver’s license
