Member Service Representative

Quest Federal Credit Union is seeking a dynamic and member-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Member Service Representative at our Upper Sandusky, Ohio branch. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a strong desire to contribute to the financial well-being of our members.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet members and provide exceptional customer service in-person, over the phone, and via email.
• Assist members with various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account inquiries.
• Educate members about our products and services to help them make informed financial decisions.
• Process account openings, closings, and maintenance requests accurately and efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services that align with the financial needs of members.
• Resolve member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and objectives.
