The Opportunity:

We are looking for a talented person with Refrigeration and HVAC experience to become a Counter Sales Representative at our Bedford Heights, OH location. Responsibilities of this position will include:

• Assist in the day-to-day activities within the branch and assist in the effective operations.
• Work with team members to increase the sales results and market share of our lead product lines.
• Manage inventory through current systems and processes
• Build relationships with current key customers and assist in cultivating new accounts.
• Becoming skilled at the vast product lineup that the company offers

Job Requirements Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in the Refrigeration and HVAC industry.
• Experience selling in distribution and wholesale channels
• Technical field experience is a plus but not required
• Proficient computer skills for reporting requirements as well as access and use of the company software system - NetSuite
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to develop strong business relationships and alliances, externally and internally
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time wisely
• Strong desire to meet goals and objectives
• Maintains a sense of urgency, proactive
• Ability to solve problems effectively
• Creative approach to problem solving
