As a Restoration Technician , you will be the right-hand person to our Project Managers, assisting in water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire restoration tasks. You will learn how to set up specialized equipment, remove damaged materials, and clean affected areas, all while ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role does not require prior experience, we provide full training. However, we are looking for individuals who are physically capable, reliable, and eager to grow. This position includes an on-call rotation shared between four crews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of mitigation/remediation work.
• Respond to emergency calls and perform restoration services efficiently and professionally.
• Set up drying equipment and remove water/mold/fire-damaged materials.
• Follow company processes and safety protocols at all times.
• Ensure 5-star customer service and pursue positive reviews from clients.
• Maintain warehouse, company vehicles, and equipment to ensure everything is in top condition.
• Log work hours accurately using our clock-in/out system for labor calculations.
• Report to the Field Production Manager and Project Manager at each job site

What We're Looking For:

• Must be physically capable, able to lift 75 lbs and perform hands-on labor.
• Clean driving record required (company vehicle may be provided).
• Positive and team-oriented mindset, we value a fun and professional attitude.
• Ability to work some nights and weekends on an on-call rotation.
• Construction or restoration experience is a plus, but not required, we will train you!
• Must be reliable, honest, and customer-focused, we only hire ethical individuals who take pride in their work.

What We Offer:

• Full Time Position
• Competitive salary at $35,000 to $60,000 (plus overtime pay at 1.5x rate)
