CNC Turning Setup Specialist
Location: Willoughby, OH
Picture your day: you arrive at 7:00 AM, review the day’s priorities, and head straight to your CNC lathe. You load tooling, dial in offsets, and make precise adjustments. You read blueprints, verify dimensions with care, and collaborate with your team to keep production flowing smoothly. When a challenge pops up, you troubleshoot quickly—whether it’s a tooling issue, a G-code tweak, or a machine quirk—so quality and throughput never miss a beat.
Compensation & Hours
- Pay: $22 – $29 per hour (DOE)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
What You’ll Tackle
- Own the setup of CNC lathes: tool changes, offsets, and fine-tuning to spec
- Operate CNC lathes efficiently; experience with mills is a welcomed plus
- Interpret blueprints and work instructions accurately
- Hit quality standards consistently with sharp attention to detail
- Contribute to team goals in a fast-paced, production-focused shop

- Manual surface grinder experience is a plus
