Community Health Services (CHS) is seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide medical services to our patients in a clinical office setting. Applicants are required to be a graduate of an accredited medical school, have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency, and are Board Certified.
