Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Description
Job Description
Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Schedule | Hybrid Community-Based Role
Boland & Associates is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a clinician actively working toward BCBA certification to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who values meaningful relationships with families, individualized care, and a more naturalistic, family-centered approach to behavioral support.
Unlike high-volume ABA providers, our work is relationship-driven, flexible, and focused on helping families build practical skills they can use in everyday life.
Position Summary
This position involves working directly with children and families in home, school, community, and office settings throughout the Columbus area. Services may include:
- Behavioral assessment and treatment planning
- Parent coaching and family collaboration
- Functional skill development
- Language and communication support
- Social and emotional skill building
- Potty training and daily living skills
- Behavioral intervention and support strategies
Our clinicians work closely with families to create realistic, sustainable plans that fit naturally into daily life.
What Makes This Role Different
- We prioritize family involvement and relationship-building
- We use a more naturalistic, individualized ABA approach
- We value flexibility, autonomy, and clinician judgment
- We maintain a supportive, collaborative culture
- We focus on quality care over high-volume caseloads
Many of the families we serve come to us looking for a more engaged, responsive, and compassionate experience than they’ve received elsewhere.
Who Will Thrive Here
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is professional, reliable, and communicative
- Enjoys building strong relationships with families
- Is self-motivated and flexible
- Can work independently while remaining collaborative
- Values meaningful, hands-on clinical work
- Wants to make a long-term impact in the lives of children and families
If you’re looking for a role where your clinical judgment is respected and your work genuinely changes lives, we’d love to hear from you.
Qualifications
Preferred:
- Active BCBA certification
- Ohio licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
Also Considered:
- Candidates currently completing BCBA supervision hours
- Clinicians expected to obtain BCBA certification within 12–18 months
Schedule & Flexibility
We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates. Schedules may include after-school or evening hours based on family needs, with flexibility built into the role.
This position includes a mix of:
- In-home services
- Office-based sessions
- Community-based support
- Report writing and treatment planning
Some local travel is required.
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and based on licensure, experience, and caseload structure. Opportunities exist for production-based earnings with strong income potential for independently licensed clinicians.
Why Join Boland & Associates?
- Flexible, clinician-friendly environment
- Supportive leadership and collaborative team culture
- Opportunity to build a caseload aligned with your clinical interests
- Meaningful work supporting children and families in the community
- Administrative and operational support that allows clinicians to focus on client care
