- Proactively identify, research, and target potential referral partners and clients through in-person visits, email campaigns, cold calling, and market analysis.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers to earn vendor list placements and drive ongoing referrals.
- Schedule and deliver compelling presentations (one-on-one and group) showcasing Voda's full range of cleaning and restoration services.
- Attend networking events, industry trade shows, chamber meetings, and community functions to represent Voda and expand our network.
- Track all activities, leads, and opportunities in our CRM system; provide accurate weekly and monthly reports on pipeline, conversions, and revenue forecasts.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and local market needs to refine strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for appointments, vendor approvals, and new business revenue.
- 1+ years of proven experience in business development, outside sales, or account management (experience in restoration, cleaning, insurance, property management, or related service industries preferred).
- Exceptional networking, communication, and presentation skills with a track record of building rapport and closing deals.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
- Proficient in outreach methods (phone, email, LinkedIn, in-person) and persistent in follow-up.
- Strong organizational skills with experience using CRM tools and MS Office.
- Reliable personal vehicle and clean driving record (mileage and business expenses reimbursed).
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Uncapped Commission Structure: 10% on new revenue generated, with additional bonuses for exceeding targets.
- Realistic First-Year On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000$125,000+ for strong performers.
- Mileage reimbursement and business expense allowance.
