Client is a fast-paced automotive service and parts environment supporting inventory, sales, and office operations. This role combines customer service, data tracking, and administrative support. Team members play a key role in maintaining accuracy and efficient daily operations.

Parts Representative Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Coordinate parts tracking, inventory control, and ordering of non-stock items
• Process parts sales and maintain accurate daily cash flow, including balancing and closing
• Resolve discrepancies and support inventory accuracy
• Provide customer service and respond to inquiries from customers and staff
• Assist with reporting, financial reconciliation, and general office functions

Parts Representative Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required At least 1 year of related experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting 5–25 lbs

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
