Administrative Assistant
- Serve as a primary contact for students, families, staff, and visitors
- Provide clerical and administrative support to school leadership
- Manage student attendance and assist with student intake
- Support billing, payroll, timesheet tracking, and PTO documentation
- Coordinate supply orders and purchasing needs
- Assist with student records, report cards, and documentation
- Maintain a welcoming, professional, and organized front office
- High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clerical or administrative experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Able to pass background and criminal record checks
- Compliance with drug-free workplace requirements
- Meets all mandated health requirements (e.g., negative tuberculosis test)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Weekday, school-based schedule
