**What You'll Do:**
+ Greet and assist visitors, patients, and staff in a professional manner at the front desk of the healthcare location.
+ Monitor access to the facility, verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs as required by site-specific policies.
+ Assist with security-related procedures, following established protocols and guidelines for the healthcare environment.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate.
+ Communicate clearly with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and emergency responders as required.
+ Support emergency response activities according to site-specific procedures and Allied Universal protocols.
+ Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
