Advanced Machinery Maintenance Specialist

Your Role:
As an Advanced Machinery Maintenance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities. You'll handle tasks from basic plumbing to complex mechanical repairs, ensuring smooth operations. Your expertise with tools and metallurgy, as well as your proficiency in lockout/tagout procedures, will be crucial. Collaborating with the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) team, you'll proactively address downtime issues and refine preventative maintenance strategies.
- Safeguard machines by conducting thorough routine inspections and repairs.
- Lead preventative maintenance planning, ensuring all activities meet production standards.
- Utilize your mechanical and electrical skills to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Construct and modify equipment to enhance production efficiency.
- Engage in continuous Kaizen and Six-Sigma activities, driving process improvements.
Qualifications:
Eligible candidates will have completed a one-year technical certification or hold equivalent experience. While a two-year technical degree is advantageous, your excellent mechanical skills and reliability are paramount.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Possess strong vision accuracy for detailed repair work.
