Automotive Dealership Accounting Staff
Location: Washington Court House, OH
A growing new car dealership is seeking experienced and qualified Accounting Department staff to join our team in Washington Court House, Ohio. We are hiring for multiple accounting functions and are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with dealership accounting experience.
Positions & Responsibilities Include:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Accounting
- Floor Plan Reconciliation
- Deal Posting
- Journal Entries
- Financial Statement Preparation & Review
- Bank & Schedule Reconciliations
- Month-End Closing Assistance
- Additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive dealership accounting experience preferred
- Financial statement experience helpful, but not required
- Knowledge of dealership accounting processes and office procedures
- Experience with AP/AR, reconciliations, and general ledger functions
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with dealership management software is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay range: $38,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience and position
- Stable, professional work environment
