Job Title: Instructional Aide - Armleder Campus Employment Status: Hourly Part Time Non-ExemptReports to: Principal, Armleder CampusJob Summary: Act in support of the classroom teacher in preparing materials, working with students, and classroom management.Job Responsibilities:Develop students' interests, abilities, gifts, and skills in the classroom and afterschool programmingWork collaboratively with staff and leadership, maintaining a positive attitude, supportive of the CHCA missionQualifications:An experienced, creative, innovative, and compassionate leader who is committed to working with 1st grade students and staffBachelor's degree, preferredExperience working with children, requiredMust be a believing Christian who is comfortable in a denominationally diverse Christian communityWill need to obtain a current ODE Educational Aide Permit.CHCA is an equal opportunity employer.
