Client Delivery Leader - RPO

The Client Delivery Leader role is responsible for the execution of our services to drive client retention and success. This will include leading teams of recruiters, phone interviewers and administrative staff to service the client’s needs. This role possesses a deep knowledge of the clients’ desired outcomes, develops and executes recruitment plans focused on achieving a clients desired outcomes with a focus on attracting talent, refining processes for efficiency, and driving retention. Client Management- Showcase an extremely high level of understanding of the recruiting process and client organization
- Build and drive plan to meet account and organizational goals
- Manage and document process changes requested by client, update in process map as well as in systems, and communicate changes to team. May design and/or recommend new or updated processes, team configuration, etc. as necessary
- Anticipate and minimize risks within partnership
- Prepare for and participate in project reviews with client and senior management
- Facilitate regular status meetings with client
- Develops and delivers client and management reporting
- Lead all recruiting operations, including sourcing, screening, and coordination functions
- Work with team day-to-day to meet performance goals and objectives
- Perform a wide range of managerial responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, coaching, managing, and developing employees; planning, assigning, and directing work
- Lead, develop and deliver team meetings and partner with leadership on annual and quarterly business reviews
- Inspire team to attain goals and pursue excellence
- Define and communicate individual and team metrics
- Manage innovative programs, events and campaigns to build candidate pipeline and drive recruiting strategy to meeting hiring goals
- Serve as front line escalation for client and recruiter issues/questions; escalate to senior leader and/or client partner as appropriate
- Provide expertise on technology systems and tools
- Effectively communicates relevant project information to leadership
- Escalate and resolve issues in a timely fashion
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another complementary field Required
- Minimum of five years’ results-oriented leadership experience in recruiting
- Strong understanding of overall recruitment process
- Sound judgement, data management and reporting experience and ability to handle complex information and client requests
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Experience leading both virtual and on-site teams in a corporate talent acquisition function either in-house or in an RPO environment.
- Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
