We are expanding and seeking a dedicated Landscape Production Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in leading field operations and ensuring project excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate field crews to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
• Schedule labor, equipment, and materials for projects.
• Ensure crews adhere to safety protocols and company standards.
• Monitor project progress and make on-site adjustments as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, project managers, and crew members.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members.
• Track job costs and assist with budget management.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate job performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in landscape construction or maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping practices, plant materials, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read landscape plans and execute accordingly.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
