Payroll Specialist USA | Technology solutions
At Global Executive, we are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist for one of our most important clients, is a global leader in data and software services, transforming every touchpoint of the vehicle lifecycle into a connected digital experience. With over 300 million transactions processed annually across 90+ countries, we are building a scalable, innovative, and data-driven future.
We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join a growing global team, supporting payroll operations primarily in the U.S. and Canada, with exposure to international payroll across LATAM and other regions.

Key Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly payroll for U.S. and Canada employees
Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution, including deductions, taxes, and benefits
Validate payroll data and identify discrepancies or errors
Partner with external payroll vendors (ADP) to ensure accurate processing
Support payroll activities for additional regions such as Puerto Rico and LATAM
Assist with payroll reconciliations and quarterly tax reporting
Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues
Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
Requirements
Bacherlor´s Degree and 2–5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in U.S. payroll
Solid understanding of payroll processes, taxes, and deductions
Experience working with payroll systems (ADP, Workday, or similar HRIS)
Ability to review and validate payroll calculations
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with vendors and cross-functional teams
Intermediate Excel skills
Nice to Have
Experience supporting payroll in Canada or LATAM
Exposure to multi-country or global payroll environments
ADP experience (WFN or similar)
Eagerness to learn and grow within global payroll
