Our client in Mentor, OH is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The Electrical Assembler will be responsible for assembling electrical components and systems in accordance with specifications and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

• $20.00+ an hour (Based on experience, could increase)
• 1st Shifts available

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical components, subassemblies, and systems according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Perform soldering, wiring, and cable harnessing tasks.
• Inspect and test assembled components and systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical assemblies as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area while following all safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records of assembly processes and test results.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in electrical assembly is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Assembler or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Strong soldering skills and experience with various hand tools and testing equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
