Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring Metal Fabricators in Fremont, OH. As a Metal Fabricator for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work with a custom fabrication company.

Job Responsibilities of the Metal Fabricator:

• Manufacturing parts based on blueprints and drawings
• Confirm that all parts are properly fitted, aligned, and screwed in
• Ensure that quality control standards are met
• Maintain a production schedule
• Test products for their functionality

Required Qualifications of the Metal Fabricator:

• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, etc.
• 2+ years of metal fabrication experience

This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($22/hr - $30/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include 1st shift, Monday through Friday with potential overtime on Saturdays.
