Inventory Coordinator (Data Entry)

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Enters new inventory into client portals and logs in Inventory Spreadsheet.
- Follows up for inventory photos and keeps a list of photos needed for new inventory.
- Notifies appropriate Brand Managers of new inventory submissions and where to find the items online.
- During slower times: Supports Warehouse Inventory manager for audits and confirms everything has a location (and accurate location) in the system, and confirms all items have pictures
- Scans outbound and inbound paperwork and saves to folders, ensuring every project has a folder.
- Update existing items to have more consistent specifications including; size, package contents and weight
- Creates new client portals and new user logins
- Assists Brand Managers with client portal modification requests

Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Asana, Microsoft Teams, Exhibit Force, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
