Our new, modern animal hospital is a well-established veterinary clinic in the Massillon Metro area of Ohio, and we are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join us!

Our doctors enjoy a variety of interests and special skills that set us apart from other clinics in our area. We are a small animal clinic focusing on dogs, cats, and pocket pets. Our veterinarians enjoy no emergency or on-call hours and have the option of staying in our newly renovated living quarters if needed.

Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced doctor, we are the practice for you! Our supportive work environment enables doctors to pursue their interests in vet medicine. We are passionate about mentoring and supporting veterinarians through our Mentorship and Leadership Development programs. Our Mentors receive extensive mentorship training and are now Certified Clinical Mentors, so any new graduates can participate in a structured and rewarding mentorship program.

Our Management and medical leadership are committed to supporting our team through career development, continuing education, and personal goals. All Veterinarians will find interesting, diverse, and challenging cases, with a manageable caseload.

About the Hospital

Our diagnostic equipment includes an in-house laboratory with the ability to run in-house cultures, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, therapy laser, in-house medication compounding, and a MedRx camera otoscope! We also offer a holistic approach with herbal adjunct therapy, Healing Touch for Animals, and canine massage. Additionally, we utilize a traveling ultrasound service and a traveling board-certified surgeon for TPLOs and other more advanced procedures. We are paperless and use DVMAX for our electronic medical records. Here, we perform a large variety of routine and advanced soft tissue surgeries, orthopedic surgeries, and dentistry. Our surgery suite contains one surgical table, a thermal electric warming pad, an electrocautery unit, and a PetMap II monitoring system. Plus, we have a separate dental procedure area with a brand new Olympic Hi-Low Wet Table, scaler, and IM3 dental suite. Our entire surgery suite has been recently fully renovated and is a pleasure to work in.

Benefits:

Competitive base salary + monthly production bonus (no negative accrual. Salary: $100,000 - $150,000. May be negotiable.)
