We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Production Technician to join our advanced manufacturing team. Our facility specializes in advanced metal powder fusing, firing and hardening in furnaces, and applying coatings using advanced technologies. In this role, you will cross-train and support two critical processes within our production cycle: coating preparation/inspection and furnace operation.
You won't be expected to have experience with our specific equipment on day one. We are looking for someone who is highly coachable, has strong fundamentals in manufacturing, and is eager to learn and improve every day.
