Document Processor 2nd Shift
- Tuesday - Saturday, 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM
- Sunday - Thursday, 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM
- Weekly pay of $18 per hour

education: High School Responsibilities Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Initial Handling: Carefully receiving and opening incoming application materials,
- Payment Processing (If Applicable): Accurately calculating and verifying payments received with applications
- Documentation Assembly: Skillfully organizing and assembling all necessary application documentation, including forms, attachments, and supporting materials, in the correct order.
- Batch Creation: Creating well-organized batches of applications that consistently meet established Productivity (Speed) and Quality (Accuracy) standards to optimize processing efficiency and performance tracking.
- Accuracy Verification: Thoroughly reviewing completed applications to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying any missing information or errors and escalating them according to established procedures.
- Document Scanning: Operating scanning equipment to create clear and complete digital copies of each application, paying close attention to detail to ensure high-quality digital records.
- Image Review: Conducting detailed reviews of scanned images to verify their quality and legibility, making necessary adjustments or performing rescans to ensure optimal digital record integrity.
- Flexibility Across Tasks: by cross-training and the willingness to support other areas are expected
- Adherence to Policies: Strictly adhering to all company policies related to application processing, data handling, and workplace conduct to ensure compliance and data integrity
