Nurse Aide
Restorative Nurse Aide - FT
Sprenger Health Care is a third generation, leading developer, owner and operator of senior living communities and services in Ohio and South Carolina. Through our 12-nursing home, 10 assisted living, and 8 independent living communities encompassing nearly 2,000 beds, we provide exceptional health care services, including; long-term nursing care, assisted and independent living, memory care, hospice, home care, respite care, and short-term post-acute rehabilitation.
Qualifications: Must pass a Training and Competency Evaluation Program Must be on state registry in good standing within 4 months of hire.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide direct resident care as assigned.
- Follow facility procedures for admission, discharge and transfer of residents.
- Review request for restorative care. Brief resident of procedures involved in restorative care and prepare necessary equipment. Perform restorative care treatments in resident's room as necessary.
- Encourage residents to perform or participate in ADL functions and range of motion exercises.
- Instruct and supervise resident during restorative care. Recommend modifications and changes in the resident's restorative care as indicated to the Restorative Coordinator.
