About the Role:
EZG Manufacturing is seeking a Saw Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. If you enjoy working with metal, operating equipment, reading blueprints, and producing high-quality parts, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with an industry-leading manufacturer.

What you'll do:

• Operate CNC saw and manual equipment to safely produce quality parts at established production requirements.
• Read & interpret tape measure and other measurement tools.
• Perform first-piece, in-process and other inspections as required.
• Operator must be able to lift and manipulate by hand and with lift assist equipment all sizes of steel.
• Operate forklifts and cranes in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance activities.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure finished products meet high standards.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• 1 to 3yearsmanufacturing experience. Saw operation and familiarity a plus.
• Previous experience as a CNC Equipment operator in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work order instructions, bending and operate required tools involved in position.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in sawing tasks.
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules.
• Ability to imagine how something will look after it is moved around or when its parts are moved or rearranged.
• Ability to choose the right mathematical method or formula to solve a problem.
• Ability to adjust the controls of a machine quickly and repeatedly to exact positions.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
