Job Summary: Responsible for electrical system design and modification. New fixture and tooling debugging, acceptance, identification, SOP preparation, and personal training. III. Job Functions and Duties NO. Representative Duties 1 Responsible for regularly inspecting hardware,software maintenance, assist in solving key issues and technical obstacles relate to equipment sudden break down by program issue. 2 Responsible for fixing program and control system related equipment sudden breakdown; 3 Responsible for applying the spare parts requisition list relating to automation equipment ; 4 Regularly backup or revise automation program and ensure the reliability of backup; 5 Responsible for prepareing transformation or upgrade plan, responsible for supervision of the implementation of transformation/upgrade plan; responsible for debugging through for all related product affected by the transformation/upgrade. 6 Responsible for organizing the preparation of production technology management system, preparing or revising technical operation specification, and for strictly implementing, supervising, inspecting and correcting the system and specification. 7 Responsible for reviewing the designed document and drawing, participate in preliminary investigation, location survey and preparations before construction; Ensure the accuracy of design drawing and the smooth construction. 8 Responsible for organizing technician for technical problem tacking, technical innovation, promoting new technology, material and process. Ensure the production equipment under the best technical state. 9 Responsible for new product related program and control system development and debugging. 10 Other duties as assigned 11 Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time 12 IV. Qualification Job Requirements Language Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin. - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers. Experience 1~3 years of experience in the related production processes and technologies Education Bachelor's degree or above (those with production experience are preferred); Physical Condition Ability to travel Other Requirements MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. REASONING ABILITY - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables. COMPUTER SKILLS - Knowledge of and familiarity manufacturing software. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities utilized on the job Professional Knowledge, Skills 1. Proficiency of office software such as WORD, EXCEL, PPT and PLEX; 2. Great English; 3. Ability to analyze and solve process difficulties using quality tools Be acquainted with principle of the glass production process; Be acquainted with the IATF16949 quality system; Familiar with the application of servo, stepping and frequency conversion; Familiar with the selection and debugging of universal electric components; Proficient in KUKA robotic system configuration and robot electric ports; Be the master of the methods to analyze or solve problems; Familiar with brand/non-brand PLC programming, touch screen programming, experienced in motion control programming; Great abilities of communication and coordination; Great ability of time management; Great abilities of leading and planning; Strong awareness of initiative study and great ability of study; Great ability of organization Training Required IATF16949 auditor certificate; Training about the five reference books. A certificate of continuous improvement of the black belt level or above; Training about innovation methods raining about project management Six Sigma training; V. Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses and steel-toed work boots. VI.
