This position will be 4 days onsite at our Brecksville, OH location

What You'll Do:

As a Global Supply Chain Planner, you will serve as a key connector between corporate and regional operations, bridging Business, Operations, and Supply Chain teams. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic supply plans over a 3-to-24-month horizon to meet business objectives. This includes anticipating capacity constraints, mitigating supply risks, and coordinating responses across global supply regions.

What We're Looking For:

• Translate demand signals into actionable supply plans that support business sales targets
• Develop and analyze 3–24 month supply plans, factoring in labor, materials, equipment, and tolling constraints
• Communicate supply opportunities and limitations with Operations, exploring all options before finalizing decisions
• Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies such as inventory pre-builds or sourcing adjustments
• Lead strategic sourcing decisions across global regions to ensure material availability and supply continuity
• Support new product launches by creating supply strategies, conducting feasibility and cost analyses, and determining sourcing paths
• Optimize global inventory levels and capacity utilization across the supply network
• Design and maintain inventory strategies to balance stock levels and improve inventory turnover

Skills That Make a Difference:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field required; Master’s degree is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of experience in master production scheduling or supply planning, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• CPIM certification is a strong asset
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, procurement coordination, production scheduling, and distribution logistics to ensure seamless product flow from supplier to customer.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, scheduling software, and data analysis tools
• Proven ability to independently identify supply chain challenges, analyze complex data, and proactively develop and recommend effective solutions, demonstrating strong critical thinking and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across global teams
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
• High attention to detail and accuracy
