As a Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, and leading a passionate team of culinary professionals. You will be involved in menu planning, inventory management, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, contributing directly to our mission of delivering exceptional dining experiences. Our competitive salary range of $63,000 - $68,000 annually reflects our commitment to investing in talent and fostering a supportive environment for your growth in the culinary field.
Responsibilities
- Assist in menu development and recipe creation
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Train and mentor kitchen staff
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff for seamless service
- Implement new cooking techniques and trends
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school diploma is a plus
