Schedule: M–F, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Type: Contract‑to‑Hire

Job Description
You will perform general apartment maintenance, complete work orders, and ensure units are prepared for new residents.
Responsibilities
- To perform plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC repairs
- To complete work orders and prepare units for move‑ins
- To maintain overall property safety and appearance
- To troubleshoot maintenance issues and support daily operations
Required Skills
- Apartment or residential maintenance experience
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Must have own tools
- Strong reliability, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience in appliance repair, carpentry, or painting
- EPA/HVAC certification a plus
