Social Media and Content Lead
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
- Create and manage content calendars for multiple brands simultaneously
- Identify trends, opportunities, and new formats to keep content fresh and relevant
- Set goals, track performance, and adjust strategies based on results
- Concept, create, and publish high-quality content (photo, video, short-form, long-form, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
- Be comfortable on camera—as a brand personality and/or guiding others to show up naturally and confidently
- Capture and edit content in real time at the office, events, job sites, and team gatherings
- Pull out authentic stories and personalities from our leadership and staff
- Manage posting, engagement, and community interaction across platforms
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and visual standards
- Juggle multiple brands without missing details, deadlines, or opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and leadership teams
- A creative self-starter who takes ownership and runs with opportunities
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok—and what performs on each
- Sharp eye for detail (visuals, captions, timing, consistency)
- Confident, comfortable, and natural on camera
- Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
- Organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Strong storytelling instincts with a pulse on culture and trends
- Someone who’s energized by building, growing, and elevating brands
