Job Title: General Laborer
Location: Struthers, Ohio
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Overtime Rates:

• Saturday: Overtime rates apply
• Sunday: Double time rates apply

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

As a general laborer, you will perform a variety of tasks to support the operations of the company. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with loading and unloading materials, supplies, and products
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Performing assembly, sorting, packaging, and labeling tasks as required.
• Following safety procedures and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements:

• Reliable and dependable.
• Good attendance record.
• Previous experience in a general labor or warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, often up to 50 pounds or more.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new tasks.
• Excellent physical stamina and endurance to perform repetitive tasks.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a focus on safety.
