POSITION: Principal
SCHOOL: St. Francis School
? A diocesan elementary school operated by the Partnership Schools since 2022.
? The Partnership Schools is a non-profit Catholic schools management organization that operates four urban Catholic schools on behalf of the Diocese of Cleveland; the network comprises a professional community of a dozen school leaders and nearly 100 teachers serving 1,000 students in urban Cleveland.
? St. Francis School seeks to provide a Catholic education of the highest quality to as many children as possible in our community.
? PreK-8, 176 students
SALARY: Range: $75,000 - $100,000.

QUALIFICATIONS:
? An uncompromising belief that all students can learn
? Strong interpersonal relationship-building & communication skills
? Track record of setting classroom expectations and driving achievement as a teacher, preferably in an urban classroom

? A strong, clear vision of excellence
? Outstanding community-building experience
? Ohio Principal's certification/licensure
? Prior principal experience preferred
