What You'll Be Doing

As a Gymnastics Coach at Blaze Athletics Club, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the skills and confidence of our athletes. Your responsibilities will include: - Coaching athletes of all ages and abilities in gymnastics techniques and routines. - Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans tailored to individual and group needs. - Providing encouragement, constructive feedback, and support to help athletes achieve their goals. - Ensuring a safe and positive environment for all participants. - Collaborating with fellow coaches to create a dynamic and fun learning atmosphere.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings both skill and passion to the role. To be successful, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in gymnastics or cheerleading, either as a coach or an athlete. - A genuine enthusiasm for working with athletes of all ages and abilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate. - A commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment.
