We are seeking a skilled HAND TOSSED PIZZA CHEF to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has experience working with fresh dough, traditional Italian ingredients, and high-volume production. Reliability, pride in craftsmanship, and attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities:
- Hand-stretch/prepare pizzas and similar menu items in a fast-paced environment
- Manage dough rotation, quality, and safety
- Cook using stone-deck, stack ovens
- Maintain consistancy in quality, presentation, and timing
- Keep a clean, stocked station while following all food safety and sanitation standards.
- 2+ years pizza-making experience
- Strong dough-handling and oven skills
- Strong kitchen ticket management skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to thrive under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Available evenings and weekends (No late nights)
