Position Summary Park Core Group is seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Office Assistant to support our parking operations office in Miami, FL. This role will assist with daily administrative activities, office coordination, recordkeeping, and communication while providing support to operations supervisors and staff. Key Responsibilities * Provide general administrative support to the parking operations office. * Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner. * Answer and direct incoming phone calls and general inquiries. * Respond to basic questions regarding parking and valet services. * Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and staff coordination. * Maintain organized records, files, schedules, and office documentation. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or GED required. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, data entry). * Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude. * Reliable and detail-oriented.
