What Youll Be Doing (And loving):
As aCustomer Service Representative, your day will fly by as you:

• Answer client callswith a smile (yes, they can hear it!) to take orders and provide updates.
• Review and process ticketsfor Routed and On-Demand medical deliveries.
• Solve customer concerns with grace and escalate to your super-supportive Supervisor when needed.
• PerformQuality Assurance checksto ensure couriers are keeping patients happy and healthy.
• Keep things professional, positive, and proactive in every interaction.

What You Bring to the Table:

• High School diploma or GED? Check!
• At least1 year of Customer Service experience? Even better!

  • Flexibility to work overtime if needed.

Your Schedule:

• Full-Time Shift Sunday hours are 6:00AM-2:00PM OR2:00PM- 10:00PM, and Monday through Thursday is 2:00PM- 10:00PM
