MIG Welder – Steel Fabrication (Full-Time)

Location: 182 Scio Rd. S.E. Carrollton, Ohio 44615
Pay Range: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

JOMAC, Ltd is the premier builder of custom truck bodies and equipment in the United States. We specialize in steel and aluminum truck bodies, truck-mounted cranes, and custom fabrications . We’re looking for a skilled Steel MIG Welder to join our growing team and help us build heavy-duty equipment in a clean, friendly shop environment .

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on steel components (primarily flat, some vertical welds).
• Lay out, position, and secure parts according to basic blueprints and shop drawings .
• Use power tools (circular saw, band saw, air impacts, air/electric drills, grinders).
• Use hand tools and measuring tools with precision.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Ensure weld quality meets industry and company standards .

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of MIG welding experience (steel fabrication preferred).
• Strong tape measurement and blueprint reading skills.
• Proficiency with both power and hand tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality workmanship .

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay : $20.00 – $25.00, based on experience.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, 8-hour shifts.
