Snow Equipment Operator (loader and skidsteer)

Bella's Lawn & Landscape is a Toledo Landscape Contractor providing full-service commercial landscaping services. We are located in Toledo and extend our services to Maumee, Perrysburg, Monclova, Sylvania, Holland, and everywhere in between.

We are hiring for our Snow & Ice Management Division! We provide a safe and functional environment for our employees and customers during winter weather..

Available Positions:

• Skidsteer Operators
• Backhoe Operators
• Wheeled Loader Operators

Position Description:

Equipment Operators are responsible for clearing snow off of parking lots and drive ways. To accomplish this, Equipment Operators may use a skidsteer, backhoe, or wheeled loader equipped with a snow pusher. 

Qualifications: 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
• Snow Plowing experience: 1 year
• Experience operating snow removal equipment

Preferred:

• Driver's License
• Snow Plowing experience: 3 years
• Equipment operating experience: 3 years

**We are also hiring Service Partners to plow for us. You must provide your own equipment and have commercial insurance**

Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday
• On call
• Weekend availability
• Open availability
• All Shifts
